Refund & Replacement


If customer received an unexpected item, please contact our customer service within 7 days and simply return the item within 7 days after buyer receive the item. Buyers will need to pay the shipping fee for returning the item. Please write your order number on the packet, it will help us to handle your return asap. Please contact us for the return address.

We are pleased to arrange the same product or same value product (exclusive of our delivery charges) for replacement. Please reminded the item must be returned in the original condition as it was shipped to buyer. (Alteration or damage in any way cannot be accepted.)

 

Return Policy

You can return the item for exchange or full refund within 7 days after receiving the item.

You need to pay the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of resending the order.

If you send it back for refund, the shipping cost and paypal fee already paid are non-refundable, we can send you the certificate of posting and paypal record for the proof of the amount we have already paid.

No refund or exchange for custom sizing item.

Cancelation and Order change

We do not accept any cancelation and product change after the pre-order.

The paypal fee we have paid is non-refundable. 

 

Shipping and Handling

We ship all orders through Hong Kong Post with registered airmail service (if available). It is very reliable and secure.

Shipping upgraded to express shipping (EMS) will be shipping by EMS, DHL or SF Express, the shipping time are the same.

 

Custom tax

We do not responsible for customs or taxes, you may need to pay custom fee for your package.

 

Comment Removal

We reserve the right to remove comment(s) on the product review page, facebook, instagram and other social media that are offensive, or include adult, violent, threats, racist, or discrimination materials.
