Refund & Replacement
If you receive an unexpected item, please contact our customer service within 7 days and return the item within 7 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for the shipping fee for returning the item.
Please write your order number on the package to help us process your return as quickly as possible. Contact us for the return address.
We are happy to arrange a replacement with the same product or a product of equal value (excluding our delivery charges). Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition as it was shipped. Alterations or damage in any way cannot be accepted.
Return Policy
You can return an item for exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving it.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the shipping cost for resending the order. If you return an item for a refund, the original shipping cost and any transaction fees are non-refundable. We can provide you with a certificate of posting and a record of transaction costs as proof of the amounts already paid.
Please be aware that there are no refunds or exchanges for custom-sized items.

Cancelation and Order change
We do not accept any cancellations or product changes after a pre-order is placed.
Please note that the transaction fees we have incurred are non-refundable. We will provide you with proof of the transaction fees that have been paid.
Shipping and Handling
For the free shipping option, we ship all orders via standard airmail, and a tracking number will be provided.
You will receive the tracking number and tracking website by email after your order has been dispatched.

If you upgrade to express shipping, your order will be shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, SF Express, or TNT. The shipping time for these methods is similar, and we will select the best option based on your location.
