What is the handling and shipping time?

Handling time:

2 weeks for the in stock items, 2-3 months for the custom making and souffle song items.

Please check out the description for more information about the shipping and handling time for each item.

 

Shipping time:

USA, UK, Australia, Canada: 1-2 weeks

Other countries (except Italy): 2-5 weeks

Buyer usually receive the item within 1 month for the in stock items.


What is the return policy?

You can return the item for exchange or full refund within 7 days after receiving the item.

You need to pay the return shipping cost and we will pay the shipping cost of resending the item.

No refund or exchange for custom sizing item.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping to all items, they will be sent by e-packet/ e-express by Hong Kong Post, tracking number is provided.

You can pay USD 25 to upgrade the shipping to express shipping (EMS), the shipping time by express is 3-7 business days.

EMS is available in Checkout page.

Shipping upgraded to express will be shipped by EMS, DHL or SF Express, the shipping time is the same.

 

Where is my tracking number?

The tracking number is sent to your e-mail registered in our website.

You can login your account in our website to check your order status.


How can I track my packet?

We send items by Hong Kong Post, you can track it in their website:

For express shipping, tracking website will be sent to e-mail.


Do you provide express shipping service?

Yes, you can pay USD 25 for express (EMS). You will receive the item within 3-7 business days.
